I've been writing since 2013, but I don't think I really understood what I wanted to write about until 2015. When I made the leap into lesbian fiction, I found words came more easily. There was joy in the process. It felt more authentic to write about things I'd want to read about and experiences similar to my own (not the superhero stuff, though that would be bad ass).
Currently I reside in Raleigh. I'm having a love affair with this city as it grows and changes, and because of that it often appears in my fiction.
When I'm not writing, I watch a lot of Star Trek, lift weights, read, and try to fit in some board games and table tops with my friends.
(Because I was asked) my tattoo is "Howl's Moving Castle" from the Studio Ghibli movie.
